Speedwell Elementary's 2025-26 Yearbooks have arrived! If you pre-ordered a yearbook, it has been given to your student. We do have extra copies. They are $17 each. If you would like one, please contact the school office.
Thank you to the Wythe County Parks and Recreation Department and volunteers from the Rural Retreat Youth League for all their hard work on Speedwell Elementary School's baseball field and dugouts. They look great!

Rural Retreat Middle School is excited to announce Cheer tryouts for the 2026-2027 school year!
Tryout Dates are as follows - May 6th through May 8th from 4:00 - 5:45 PM.
You must be present on May 8th in order to be eligible to make the cheer team!
To be eligible to tryout students must have the following:
Current VHSL Physical signed by doctor
Concussion Form signed by parent & student
Cheerleading Tryout Consent Form, must be signed by parent
Please call the RRMS office for any further questions!

Do you have a kindergarten students starting school next year? If so, please register to attend our KCamp. Call the school to register or register online on our website.
Parents and guardians, please check your child's mailing address and parent/guardian information in the Parent Portal under Forms and update as needed. Please make any updates or changes that have occurred during this school year by Friday, April 10.
